A customer can have an idea of what they want but the staff in the shop should advise better.I went in for a scooter I know nothing about scooter just because my daughter wanted one.I got there and I asked and I was given.I wasn’t informed anything about ages or kilos that a scooter can take.Basically knowledge of the product.Advise the customer show them variety’s.I got home saw max 20kg on the manual my daughter is 23kg I had to call back before assembling it.Not impressed by the service in a nutshell.
