Spit up when sleeping

I bought this pillow/wedge to help with my baby’s spit up when put to sleep. I saw an improvement provided by the elevation of the pillow. It eased and reduced the spit up.

It’s a little small as the pillow fits only on the center part of the bassinet. I had thought it would touch end to end of bassinet as a bassinet is not too wide.
