Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE Policy

  1. Peekaboo Limited, registration number PVT-PJUYG2YA, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the company laws of Kenya ("we" or "us" or "our" Peekaboo") located at peekaboo.ke together with any access to Peekaboo’s mobile other similar applications (the "Website")
  2. Our ultimate goal is that you, our valued customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase from Peekaboo. 
  3. Products carrying manufacturers’ warranty will be valid as between you and such manufacturer with no liability or responsibility on the part of Peekaboo.
  4. We will not process a cash refund for any items but will consider a replacement or exchange in as short a time frame as is possible.
  5. To effect a return or an exchange, you must raise an alert with us within 1 day from the date of delivery .
  6. The product requiring exchange or return should be received by us within 2 working days of the date of delivery in order to be eligible for the same.
  7. You are responsible for shipping/courier charges for a replaced/re-shipped product. In some instances upon our discretion, we may avail free courier/shipping.
  8. Understandably, products cannot be returned or exchanged if:
    1. Cut to measure, as these have been customised to suit your needs
    2. Damaged by lightning
    3. Misused or purposely damaged
    4. Used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed
    5. Not used as described in the user manual supplied with the product
    6. The packaging, literature and contents of the goods must be intact or in new condition.
